good people might not tell you what you want to hear, but if you listen careful enough they might tell you what you need to hear. we all learn this the hard way, but whenever that happens, it’s a good of a time as any.
it’s been one of the busiest weeks of the last year, which i managed to spend in the company of awesome people. there’s that old saying that goes like surround yourself with people that are better than you, and that will give you the opportunity to constantly up your game. this constant strive for improvement should have some sort of basis, and it’s an interesting match when it’s done at the right time and with the right people. and whether things get tough sometimes, it’s irrelevant, that might slow down the process, but it doesn’t deter from the purpose.
