direct consequences

The reason we fail as individuals isn’t a mystery. We take a dive for what’s easier, we consider instant gratification the go-to solution for every problem.  From the collapse of the financial system to the truths about how strong we are to the dangers we actually face, there’s at least one common ground – the inability to take responsibility and completely recognising the severity of a certain issue.

It takes a significant amount of effort to put together a long-term solution to a perpetual problem and stand by it. It’s however more common to skip steps in order to obtain an insignificant island of calm in chaos. It’s the result of an uniformed decision that keeps on going.

Nonetheless, there is hope. There is a fundamental ruling within certain individuals to get better.
